Dr. Jay Cazes
DDS, MAGD
Dr. Jay Cazes received his degree in Biochemistry from the State University of Stony Brook. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Georgetown University in 1990, before completing a general practice residency at Staten Island University Hospital. He also received advanced orthodontics training from the United States Dental Institute.
The procedures that he most enjoys performing involve comprehensive smile makeovers, dental implant therapy, and endodontics (root canals.) Dr. Jay is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the America Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA).
Dr. Jay is on the faculty at Practical Clinical Courses in Provo, Utah, where he teaches hands-on training courses for fellow dentists. He is also on the faculty of the Spear Study Club.
Outside of work, Dr. Jay enjoys running and recreational bicycling on long-distance rides. He has completed the Grand Fondo in New Jersey a number of times, as well as the Princeton Century Ride and Revolutionary Ramble. He and Dr. Janice have two children that they enjoy spending time with.

My husband and I are new clients to Sparta Dental Associates. Kyle, my dental hygienist and Dr. Emma Quigley provided the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly experience we have ever had at a dental office. I had a regularly scheduled check up and cleaning at Sparta Dental this morning. As always it was a wonderful visit. The staff is all very friendly and professional. Dr Emma is great. She makes you feel very comfortable. Today was good news ; no cavities and clean teeth. In the past when I have had some serious issues Dr. Emma explained everything fully in language I could understand, answered all my questions, explained my options and kept me as comfortable as possible. I liove Soarta Dental and strongly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist. The staff is extremely helpful, professional, friendly and welcoming. Everything I have ever had done here has been excellent.

Everyone at this practice is super nice! I had my first visit and cleaning today and it was wonderful (I know, not a word associated with dentists. But I really mean it)! Scarlett cleaned my teeth and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and explained every step! Dr. Emma came in for my exam and was very thorough and explained every issue I had in detail. She also set me up with a treatment plan to take care of everything! I have never liked going to the dentist, but everyone in this practice makes you feel very welcomed. I am actually looking forward to going back and have my teeth fixed.

My nephew , Nicky has been a patient of Sparta Dental
Associates for years. I have never been in a medical office where the staff and doctors are so upbeat and nice consistently . Nicky is on the autism
Spectrum and dentists visits were always very scary to him and a challenge to get him to go. That was until we found Sparta dental. They are all amazing and go the extra mile with your patients . As a family , we appreciate how the staff interacts with Nicky. It makes a difference. You are all
