    Dr. Jay Cazes

    DDS, MAGD

    Dr. Jay Cazes received his degree in Biochemistry from the State University of Stony Brook. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Georgetown University in 1990, before completing a general practice residency at Staten Island University Hospital. He also received advanced orthodontics training from the United States Dental Institute.

    The procedures that he most enjoys performing involve comprehensive smile makeovers, dental implant therapy, and endodontics (root canals.) Dr. Jay is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the America Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA).

    Dr. Jay is on the faculty at Practical Clinical Courses in Provo, Utah, where he teaches hands-on training courses for fellow dentists. He is also on the faculty of the Spear Study Club.  

    Outside of work, Dr. Jay enjoys running and recreational bicycling on long-distance rides. He has completed the Grand Fondo in New Jersey a number of times, as well as the Princeton Century Ride and Revolutionary Ramble. He and Dr. Janice have two children that they enjoy spending time with.

    Definitely the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Staff is always kind. Jen the hygienist is thorough and super friendly. Dr. Emma is very knowledgeable and comforting. I refuse to go anywhere else.

    I have been a patient of Dr Jay Cazes for a while now, and my experience with Sparta Dental Associates has been consistently excellent. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and they go out of their way to make every visit comfortable. Even procedures like fillings and root canals have been very tolerable thanks to their gentle approach and focus on minimizing pain. I always feel well cared for, and my teeth look and feel great!

    10/10 star experience!! We took our 3 year old for his first ever dentist appointment and I am beyond impressed with how both Jen and Dr Emma made our son feel completely comfortable. He wasn’t once nervous or scared. They made it fun for him! Not to mention, they both were extremely knowledgable and so pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone !!

    I am relatively new to this practice., but love them already. The staff is super helpful and make going to the dentist a pleasure. Dr. Emma and Dr. Jay and just wonderful. They are very intune with what their patients need. Even after my first visit, I felt like I had known them for years.
